"Le Bel Esprit", a blend of music, dance and poetry will be presented by Vincent Dumestre’s Le Poème Harmonique on 1 July. And the same day the Orchestre National Breton will perform under the baton of Roland Becker. On 2 July the ensemble Alla Francesca will present a program consisting of music from France and Italy during the 14th and 15th centuries.
The market, the castle esplanade, and the city heights are the settings for the majority of the street performances programmed over these four days. As in previous years, the festival ends with an audiovisual program bound to have a great impact. 29 June to 2 July
